UGH...Thats All I Can Say....
Well as If Im not already fired up.....lately......LOLOLOLOL
Today I learn that my daughter who is in 4th grade and my little boy who is in 2nd grade have had a mystery visitor coming into the school every week-to talk abt all kinds of wonderful "school" things..... Things every parent would want a complete stranger telling them abt...
Guess Reading, Spelling, History, Grammer, Math, and Science is sooo old school now. The new thing is to tell them abt sexuality,coaches that might be molesting them, and to get that all time goal percentage on state test scores......!!!!
Ive abt had it......
I learned abt the lady last week-when my daughter came home telling us that spankens were bad and that there was a better way.........Red flags went up there on that one and I choose to talk with dh abt it-explain things to the kids and I thought I had taken care of that....wrong......
Since when did the schools or should I say Government decide they could do a better job raising our kids than we can???Talk abt undermining parents. Flamingo actually told me "No Mom-this lady is right!" She took this strangers advice over the guidance of her own parents. I think my jaw abt hit the floor. What kind of a society does this kind of undermining within the family unit? What ever happend to parents raising their kids. Do they really think we arent cutting it? Or is it a slow, controlling, purposefully thing-you know that saying: "if you capture the kids you seize the nation"-something like that....except I think it was from a simple someone...oh.... like......HITLER!!!!!
Anyway what urkes me to no end is that they do this with an outside source, not informing the parents, etc.....so for all i know this woman could be one of those sickoes.....has SHE had a background check.....has her references been checked. She probably doesnt have any of the Godly values I have and yet she is trying to teach her own set to MY child????
Not to mention Godly principles are out the window.....I am just so upset abt everything.....Ive been reading my bible-religiously too, hoping it would help answer some of my questions abt so many things that I dont understand happening to our nation, to our society.....
And honestly Im not getting to much comfort.....only that its supposed to be, that I should not worry, that it will get worse(cant wait),that it will all end well.....okay...but what abt NOW??? What am I supposed to do abt NOW?

As he does every year, the President filled out his brackets predicting the winners of the men's and women's NCAA basketball tournaments, but discussing it with Doris Burke of ESPN, he began with a call to stand with the people of Japan:
One of the things I wanted to do on the show was, as people are filling out their brackets -- this is obviously a national pastime; we all have a great time, it’s a great diversion. But I know a lot of people are thinking how can they help the Japanese people during this time of need. If you go to usaid.gov -- usaid.gov -- that will list all the nonprofits, the charities that are helping out there. Terror threats rising as FEMA orders $1 Billion in dehydrated food - National Finance Examiner
Terror threats appear to be on the rise as FEMA has rushed a $1 Billion order of dehydrated food in the event of attacks on domestic targets in the US.
This is also coming on the heels of one of the largest terror drills performed by the US Navy on American soil, as Operation Solid Curtain is taking place this week.
In an article Tuesday from the Beaufort Observer, many of the largest suppliers of dehydrated foods in the country are dropping their distributors and customers to dedicate their resources to supplying a billion dollar FEMA request and purchase.
One of the nation's largest suppliers of dehydrated food has cut loose 99% of their dealers and distributors. And it's not because of the poor economy. It's because this particular industry leader can no longer supply their regular distribution channels. Why not? Because they're using every bit of manufacturing capacity they have to fulfill massive new government contracts. Look, the government has always been a customer of the industry to some extent. But according to our sources, this latest development doesn't represent simply a change of vendor on the government's part. It's a whole new magnitude of business.
And that's not all.
Apparently, even though they've cut off their regular consumer markets, the industry leader I've just mentioned still can't produce enough survival food to meet the government's vast requirements. How do we know? Earlier this month, FEMA (the Federal Emergency Management Agency) put out a Request for Proposal, or RFP, for even more dehydrated food. The RFP called for a 10-day supply of meals - for 14 million people. That's 420 million meals. Typically, FEMA maintains a stockpile of about 6 million meals. Why the sudden need to increase the stockpile by 420 million more? (And that's in addition to whatever our aforementioned industry leader is supplying.) It almost seems like they're trying to stock a modern day "Noah's Ark," doesn't it?
Single functions or events such as FEMA requesting a purchase of survival food might not stand out as peculiar when it is their responsibility to ensure they are mission ready for unforseen events in the US, but couple this with other pieces of the puzzle, such as the Navy drill of Solid Curtain, which is intended for:
...nationwide "drill" involving all military, and it's a drill based on a severe terrorist attack.
and the public had best be aware of something major potentially occurring on our soil in the near future. Global events across the world such as the revolutions and protests, the rising spike in oil, the falling dollar, food shortages, and unrest in Wisconsin and Ohio, are bringing us to the point where crisis may take place, whether from domestic or foreign sources.
Terror alerts have been raised by FEMA in the past month, and this new special order of dehydrated food, at the magnitude of $1 Billion dollars in taxpayer money, should be a call for everyone to prepare on your own for any potential crisis.

Okay-heres the skinny abt this guy....
Ive been listenening to him on various other broadcasts and hes pretty knowledgeable abt money, stocks, the government etc....
To sum this up( yeah I know its long-but its full of very important info and its where my mind has been lately anywho...)
This is what he says:
The Average Family:
1. canned goods/freeze dried/hydrated to last family about 6 months
2. water filters
3. armed
after these basic necessities have been filled THEN....
4. gold and silver coins
5. shares
K-We have just been going about working on the first 3. I dont know abt you, but we dont have alot of money lying ard to get into 4 and 5-LOLOL, who does really, but this is what we are doing here. Also planting a garden come summer/spring, and getting chickens-hence wanting to be as reliant as possible on no one...especially the government.
We have even started ordering from a storage complany here in Utah/Idaho called Shelf Reliance. They sell freeze dried foods/hydrated that you can store. You can even get set up on a system where you tell them an amt you want to pay each month-you set up the items you want and every month they are delivered to you. This is the route we are going. Dh knows a guy at work-so we have gotten to sample and buy quite a few things and BOY-they are GOOD!!!!!! We love snacking on them-so we get ones to snack on and now we have been doubling up with basics like dried milk etc that we can store. I have designated our extra bedroom downstairs to start stocking up our food storage.
Yes-Im doomsdaying...LOLOLOL, maybee Im wrong, hopefully Im wrong.....If I am Ill be singing praises all my days....but whats the harm in knowing and being prepared fro the worst....you know the saying.."Hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst"-thats what we are doing....
So maybee its not for you...thats okay-just do your own research-and you judge to see what is best for you and your family.

Back to the Grind
Well tday started out our workout routine agn....sigh....sooo needed, but sooo not wanting....LOLOLOL
But I even got some healthy snacks and salad agn at Sams-so Im good as far as food goes if we get hungry, but this darn excercising...sheesh...its so hard to put in the time to do it-especially when I love my nice warm bed.....SPRING....what R you waiting for!!!!LOLOLOL I could use a little help here!!LOLOLOL
But thats the routine for dh and I in the mornings as of late....
We had a little set back with the chicken coop thsi past weekend-its snowed quite a bit and they had a family emergency come up-so we have rescheduled it for Sat...Man-I cant wait to get some chicks!!!!YEAH!!!I also stopped by the IFA store and they said the hatcheries are totally out of Americana( which lay the blue/green eggs)so we wont be getting any of them...bummer...but Im still sooo excited!!!Cluck...cluck!:)
I also drove by the gas stations tday. Our gas here has gone up to $3.14 and its not looking to stop going up any time soon....I swear-you'd have thought it was the 1st day of Summer vacation-the lines where 4 cars long....on each pump..on a Tuesday....crazy...people are panicking-reminds me of how it was awhile ago....
These riots and everything are pretty crazy-I fear the Middle East is only the beginnning...and poor Isreal-completely surrounded by chaos and enemies on every side...
Tday I was reading in Isaiah-and its really interesting and scary when you read abt Isreal crumpling and then you have this going on in the Middle East...really gets you wondering how this will end up.....I mean I know the final picture...but getting there is going to be a real horror.
I was talking to a friend whos pastor and congregation we used to belong to and I asked her what Pastor had to say abt events unfolding... I was wanting some reassurance that all was well...needless to say her comments shook me up still more..She said he had been researching for a long time abt the end times and nothing ever really lined up, she said now it does....Now I tell ya-how scary is that??? Hows that for telling-eh?
I fear its alot closer that we all think....

We are getting a chicken house tom-my Valentines present from dh:) WHOOT!!
We went out and saw it tday-and its AWESOME!!!!!I cant wait to get some little chickies in the Spring......Come on SPRING-you're taking wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too long to get here:(

This and That-and a New Goal:)
Okay-
Its been slightly forever since I have posted...my new goal is to post at least every other day-so keep watchin.....
Updates: Flamingo has had another migraine since I posted last and I am happy to report the pills that the Dr gave us keep them from going full blown, hurting-YEAH!!!!! She just takes a pill when the first symptoms start and then finds a place to lie down in a quite dark spot and its much better:) YEAH!!!!
Yesterday she had a Mystery Bingo at school. She was Helen Keller. We could only find pictures of Helen as a child with curls and big bows-so thats what we did Flamingos hair like yesterday. Turned out way cute, and now she wants he hair like that every day...LOLOLOL

A couple of things have been going on here-I guess you can say Ive had an eye opener into some things that are going on in the world. I guess they have been going on for a good while...but unknown to me until recently...Truth hurts...how many times have I been here before...sigh...but you learn as much as you can, do your own research (hence my absence on facebook and here)and plan.....
I dont know how much or how soon things are going to happen-inflation, dollar colapsing, riots, essentially 1984 happening(the movie-which everyone should see by the way...eerily familiar...)...but worse....LOLOL-yeah I know its scary...some say its conspiracy...but its what I have been trying to disprove or debunk for awhile now....and everything points me to bad changes...REALLY bad changes....
Im worried abt my childrens future, abt our country....okay enough with the fear...what is my solution....or plan....well...its to be educated and prepare...
No we are not building a fall out shelter for us to hide in-LOLOLOL, but seriously some elites are spending tunz of millions on theirs, they cant even get supplies as the gov't is buying them up so fast....anyway...prepare:
#1 :We are starting a food storage-ours is embarrassing.....LOLOLOL, but every Walmart grocery shop we will be adding to ours with those cans you see there now(dh's idea) And let me break in here-If Ive got dh backing me on this-it means something is up-right?I tell him things I have been learning and he brushes it off-but maybee he is seeing some of my concerns now as thinsg that I was talking about months ago are starting to take place for no aparant reason....Anyway-listing things and buying thats in the plans:
#2: Finally building a chicken coop. Ive wanted one for EVER....but dh says now is a good time to get that started and going on......see what I mean....something is telling him something is up.....
I hope Im wrong.....I pray Im wrong, along with thousands of others out there. Call me a nut job, call me what you will, but Im getting educated, and preparing....I want to be as self sufficient as I can be-I think thats as much as we can do-right?
And whats wrong with preparing anyway-countless churches say food storage is a smart thing....Im only regretting I hadnt started earlier.....
So anyway-thats what we are doing here....I have to admit it really gets me down sometimes, but ultimatley you have to trust in our creator that all of this is in his hands and He is in charge....
Which is why I am sooo greatful to be doing this Bible in 90 days....Im already in Psalms. When I get discouraged, or fearful-I can open Gods word and instantly feel at peace. What a wonderful caring Father in Heaven we have for giving us such powerful wonderful words of hope and love.
So onto my 3rd goal-I am going to share what has touched me while I am reading His word. Maybee it can help someone else out there as it has been helping me:)

Psalms 37:16-20
"Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked; for the power of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous. The days of the blameless are known to the Lord, and their inheritance will endure forever. In times of disaster they will not wither; in days of famine they will enjoy plenty. But the wicked will perish."
Which goes along with the devotional too:
Joshua 1:9
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
What more assurance do we need than this??

Poor Sweet Flamingo
Well poor Flamingo had another one tonight. I think she has migraines. Ive just finished looking up all her symptoms online and thats what its pointing to. So Ill be scheduling her tomorrow for a Dr visit looks like.
She was in tears tonight.Poor sweety:(
Fist it was the light that was bothering her which is the usual thing-cant have any light on-tv-nothing...then it was sound, etc. Looking back she has gotten the light sensitivity for a loooooooong time and I hadnt put it together until recently....Thinking back she has teh light sensitivity abt 3-5 times a month, but the headaches havent been there, now they are there too and she just wanst to lay there. She had one on Thursday as well....so its time to get it looked at.
I cant believe I didnt see it before with the light sensitivity. Geesh Mommy!!!!!!:( But she was in tears tnight saying her eyes were on fire and she just wanted to get in bed. So I gave her some childrens tylenol and she went to bed. Poor sweety:(

Fist it was the light that was bothering her which is the usual thing-cant have any light on-tv-nothing...then it was sound, etc. Looking back she has gotten the light sensitivity for a loooooooong time and I hadnt put it together until recently....Thinking back she has teh light sensitivity abt 3-5 times a month, but the headaches havent been there, now they are there too and she just wanst to lay there. She had one on Thursday as well....so its time to get it looked at.

Arizona Tragedy....
This was beautiful-I have to hand it to Sarah for rising above all the finger pointing and coming back with this:) Had to share:
Like millions of Americans I learned of the tragic events in Arizona on Saturday, and my heart broke for the innocent victims. No words can fill the hole left by the death of an innocent, but we do mourn for the victims’ families as we express our sympathy.
I agree with the sentiments shared yesterday at the beautiful Catholic mass held in honor of the victims. The mass will hopefully help begin a healing process for the families touched by this tragedy and for our country.
Our exceptional nation, so vibrant with ideas and the passionate exchange and debate of ideas, is a light to the rest of the world. Congresswoman Giffords and her constituents were exercising their right to exchange ideas that day, to celebrate our Republic’s core values and peacefully assemble to petition our government. It’s inexcusable and incomprehensible why a single evil man took the lives of peaceful citizens that day.
There is a bittersweet irony that the strength of the American spirit shines brightest in times of tragedy. We saw that in Arizona. We saw the tenacity of those clinging to life, the compassion of those who kept the victims alive, and the heroism of those who overpowered a deranged gunman.
Like many, I’ve spent the past few days reflecting on what happened and praying for guidance. After this shocking tragedy, I listened at first puzzled, then with concern, and now with sadness, to the irresponsible statements from people attempting to apportion blame for this terrible event.
President Reagan said, “We must reject the idea that every time a law’s broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.” Acts of monstrous criminality stand on their own. They begin and end with the criminals who commit them, not collectively with all the citizens of a state, not with those who listen to talk radio, not with maps of swing districts used by both sides of the aisle, not with law-abiding citizens who respectfully exercise their First Amendment rights at campaign rallies, not with those who proudly voted in the last election.
The last election was all about taking responsibility for our country’s future. President Obama and I may not agree on everything, but I know he would join me in affirming the health of our democratic process. Two years ago his party was victorious. Last November, the other party won. In both elections the will of the American people was heard, and the peaceful transition of power proved yet again the enduring strength of our Republic.
Vigorous and spirited public debates during elections are among our most cherished traditions. And after the election, we shake hands and get back to work, and often both sides find common ground back in D.C. and elsewhere. If you don’t like a person’s vision for the country, you’re free to debate that vision. If you don’t like their ideas, you’re free to propose better ideas. But, especially within hours of a tragedy unfolding, journalists and pundits should not manufacture a blood libel that serves only to incite the very hatred and violence they purport to condemn. That is reprehensible.

Just days before she was shot, Congresswoman Giffords read the First Amendment on the floor of the House. It was a beautiful moment and more than simply “symbolic,” as some claim, to have the Constitution read by our Congress. I am confident she knew that reading our sacred charter of liberty was more than just “symbolic.” But less than a week after Congresswoman Giffords reaffirmed our protected freedoms, another member of Congress announced that he would propose a law that would criminalize speech he found offensive.
It is in the hour when our values are challenged that we must remain resolved to protect those values. Recall how the events of 9-11 challenged our values and we had to fight the tendency to trade our freedoms for perceived security. And so it is today.
Let us honor those precious lives cut short in Tucson by praying for them and their families and by cherishing their memories. Let us pray for the full recovery of the wounded. And let us pray for our country. In times like this we need God’s guidance and the peace He provides. We need strength to not let the random acts of a criminal turn us against ourselves, or weaken our solid foundation, or provide a pretext to stifle debate.
America must be stronger than the evil we saw displayed last week. We are better than the mindless finger-pointing we endured in the wake of the tragedy. We will come out of this stronger and more united in our desire to peacefully engage in the great debates of our time, to respectfully embrace our differences in a positive manner, and to unite in the knowledge that, though our ideas may be different, we must all strive for a better future for our country. May God bless America.

Normal Setting In...Whatever That Means...lolol
Well it feels like forever since I have actually taken time to write on here....
I am just dreading it as I know I have tunz of pictures to post and upload-LOLOLOL;)
We had a wonderful Christmas. Good food-NUM! And seeing my parents was my highlight for sure:)
I got spoiled from the kids and dh-as usual. He always surprises me and goes over the limit we have set for each other-darn it-Ill get him one of these days...LOLOL
Now things are starting to slow down ard here.
I have started a new goal-its http://www.momstoolbox.com/blog/bible-in-90-days-reading-schedule/
I have to admit that i have already come across things I dont understand or have never heard before. It really is true when they say if you read it continuesly that you will catch things that you have never read before....LOLOLO
I started on Monday-last, and Im doing really well-Its the whole Bible-pretty lofty goal eh? You read 12 pages a day and you complete it in 90 days. Im doing really well and every day I am managing to read my pages-and am actually enjoying it-but the weekends I have already found to be quiet the challenge. I dont keep my normal routine-so my normal routine of reading in the mornings arent going so smoothly. I mean who doesnt like to sleep in on the weekend....so Ill have to get ahead in the week to make up for the weekends I think..
But overall Its going really good:) WHOOT -Way to go-Momma T!!LOLOLOL:)
With some Christmas money the kids all went shopping this past weekend, and we took everyone out to eat at a nice restaurant with ours. Thanks everyone for the Christmas gifts:)
The boys got some air guns which they really love and Flamingo got another Monster High doll. They are still playing all day and dont want to go to bed.LOLOLOLOL And a Momma who is counting down....lately..LOLOLOL
Brandt got some knives for Christmas and a sharpener set,and with some Bday $ got another really nice one:) Thks Papa and Nana :)He is so happy with his collections.
Lately I have been listening to Alex Jones...and before anyone shakes their heads-I know he has quiet some interesting theries.....but I find it really strange that the things Glenn Beck is saying are just repeats from this guy....andy way i have been very engrossed with things lately-trying to figure things out and getting pretty wigged out at the same time-LOLOLOL, but better to be in the know and watchful-ya know-as you just dont ever really know do you, what is really going on....
Anyway-just some things that have been swirling ard my head and things I am trying to figure out lately.....LOLOLOLOL
Our neighbor across the street has a great big hill that the kids have been sledding down....I need to get some pictures of them on it-too funny!!! Having a ball!
I will try and update more and get those Christmas pictures posted....
