Bitter Sweet....
Okay-Im a muck of emotion tonight.
Just put the kiddoes all to bed and Im feeling sad.....worried....a little tich tiny bit of giddy....wondering what in the world.....wondering about tomorrow..worrying about tomorrow(Stinger)...what the heck am I going to do each and every day in an empty house...
Dh and I were just talking about it-and NEVER-I mean never, has there been an emptyness here with me...:( Making me melancholy.... thinking about turning back the clock...now knowing how it feels when Id hear other moms talk abt "all the kids away at school"...and remembering that I was counting the days...sigh........:( LOLOL
Ok-so Im THAT mom now....and just kinda feel blindsided abt how my life isnt going to be the same anymore...LOLOL-listen to me-blubbering on and on-feeling so sorry for myself...but seriously-MOM-you know how this feels...what the heck did you do with yourself???
Ive put in for every job out there beside McD's-which I refuse to work at again....yeah.... sooo not going there and reliving that nightmare...LOLOL, but NO calls so far...
Get this: I actually put in for a Police officer 1 job-LOLOLOL, and inside Im really hoping I get it....they said they wanted 6 months experiance thats it-so Coast Guard and all that qualifies-doesnt it...but I havent done PT academy-but they said it wasnt required...so I dont know......
I put in for a jailer job( a LONG time ago...) and passed the PT academy and everything-but didnt get the job as I had no military experiance and other applicants did back then they said-so I guess I might get it...we shall see...thats originally why I joined the Coast Guard as I was so mad abt not getting the jailer job..and doing all that hard work for nothing...LOLOL but Im alot older now...so I dont know how Id do..LOLOL
Anywho....just somethings Im looking into...
Flamingo and Monkey Boy are rareing to go tomorrow..LOLOL.Stinger I think is getting a bit nervous now...always asking me how long he has actually been out of "real" school...LOLOLOL, hes excited though-
Mrs. D(his teacher) was at the fair on Sat-and she talked with him and got him all excited as hes been talking about alot of fun stuff planned that they talked abt...and hes got this HUGE grin on his face when hes talking about it-its so cute and makes me soo happy:)My tears are tears of joy-for sure.
I feel so blessed and watched over -having this opportunity open up for him like this-its perfect!! THKS Mrs. D!!!!!!!!! makes me once again hang my head in shame questioning the Lord... thinking I am walking all alone...when I know Ive got His hands over my whole family...protecting...watching and caring...always....
I hope every one of the kiddoes has a GREAT day tom-Ill be thinking about them ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL DAY...LOLOLOL..ACK!LOLOLOL

FUN First Day of School.....
Okay-Im back to blogging as you can see...trying to get in on some cute ideas and sorts for ard here-I found this on How Does She...
Which is always loaded with fun.....here is the cool find:
Summer is almost over, and that means school is starting!
New Teachers,
new classmates,
new school supplies,
new school clothes,
and even new schools!
No matter which grade your kid is going into, the first day always seems to be
a little scary, mostly fun, and always a big deal!
At my house, when I was a kid, the first day of grade one* was the biggest deal of all!
This is because my mom made,
The Big Giant Cookie!
Heres the recipe:
Creepy Roommate cookies(you will have to go look at the sight to see why the funny name-its hilarious!LOLOLOL)
2 sticks butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
Mix, then add-
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp water
(I don’t know why a tsp of water would make a difference, but creepy roomate did it, so I don’t mess with it!)
Mix, then add-
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
½ bag chocolate chips
(or 3/4 of the bag, or the whole thing. You know you want to!)
-Dough will be very sticky!-
plop onto pizza pan
-Spread out evenly onto a round pizza pan
-Bake at 350 for ten minutes and check every two to three minutes after, until golden brown.
Whatever you do, just don’t let it pass you by!
Think of something fun to do and then make it a tradition.
When I was a kid it sure made me feel special!

You Know You Have An Aspie If.......
-You use your rolling pin for rolling on your son's back instead of baking pies.
-You take family vacation virtually before actually going to make sure there are no surprises you haven't talked about first.
-Every decision between parents is prefaced with,"How do you think ____ will handle that?"
-You have a "how to" list on every free surface, including the shower.
-your child has taken an encyclopedia or dictionary as 'lite' reading to a
dentist appointment but you didn't catch it until you are in the waiting
room.
-your child had a huge meltdown at Red Lobster because they changed the shape
of the pasta in a dish on the menu.
-your child's wardrobe has 2 categories of shirts- chewed on and saved for
special occasions.
-you know the different variations of Klingon battle ships.
-your child refers to people's homes by their pet's names......we are going
to Shaggy's house!
-you know the supplement aisle of your local drug store by heart.
-planning a meal for your family can be more complicated than doing your tax
returns once you consider gluten, and then your child's preferences for
-Your child won't do his homework because he doesn't have enough room on his notebook paper
-spilling a bit of water requires a complete change of clothes
-you consider his socks inside out if they are right side in
-you know to wait until the dissertation on Sonic the Hedgehog is over before trying to interject

-you sit in waiting rooms and while gazing at other families, pick out which
child is the patient and which children are along for the ride.
-It takes longer to argue and instruct about doing a chore than the chore takes to do.
-"I didn't hear you" is a common statement in your house.
-You have the worlds largest collections of legos, pokeman cards and superhero movies.
-Carnivals and parties are not considered fun events in your family.

Looking northeast around midnight on August 12th-13th. The red dot is the Perseid radiant. Although Perseid meteors can appear in any part of the sky, all of their tails will point back to the radiant.
You know it's a good night when a beautiful alignment of planets is the second best thing that's going to happen.
Thursday, August 12th, is such a night.
The show begins at sundown when Venus, Saturn, Mars and the crescent Moon pop out of the western twilight in tight conjunction. All four heavenly objects will fit within a circle about 10 degrees in diameter, beaming together through the dusky colors of sunset. No telescope is required to enjoy this naked-eye event: sky map.
The planets will hang together in the western sky until 10 pm or so. When they leave, following the sun below the horizon, you should stay, because that is when the Perseid meteor shower begins. From 10 pm until dawn, meteors will flit across the starry sky in a display that's even more exciting than a planetary get-together.
The Perseid meteor shower is caused by debris from Comet Swift-Tuttle. Every 133 years the huge comet swings through the inner solar system and leaves behind a trail of dust and gravel. When Earth passes through the debris, specks of comet-stuff hit the atmosphere at 140,000 mph and disintegrate in flashes of light. These meteors are called Perseids because they fly out of the constellation Perseus.
Swift-Tuttle's debris zone is so wide, Earth spends weeks inside it. Indeed, we are in the outskirts now, and sky watchers are already reporting a trickle of late-night Perseids. The trickle could turn into a torrent between August 11th and 13th when Earth passes through the heart of the debris trail.
2010 is a good year for Perseids because the Moon won't be up during the midnight-to-dawn hours of greatest activity. Lunar glare can wipe out a good meteor shower, but that won't be the case this time.
As Perseus rises and the night deepens, meteor rates will increase. For sheer numbers, the best time to look is during the darkest hours before dawn on Friday morning, Aug. 13th, when most observers will see dozens of Perseids per hour.
For best results, get away from city lights. The darkness of the countryside multiplies the visible meteor rate 3- to 10-fold. A good dark sky will even improve the planetary alignment, allowing faint Mars and Saturn to make their full contribution to the display. Many families plan camping trips to coincide with the Perseids. The Milky Way arching over a mountain campground provides the perfect backdrop for a meteor shower.

This and That catch-up....
Well Papa and Nana have been saying how they dont know whats going on as I havent been writing much....so heres a little catchup....
Its not that alot hasnt been going on-I just dont get on the computer as much-especially since the kiddoes stay up quiet late now for Summer...
First off-there is a big emptiness right now in the house...:(Monkey Boy is spending abt a week at Papa and Nanas. Boy-do I miss that little guy:( Whahhhh!
Man-I REALLY miss his smile-when Im down it can cheer me up so quick and his hugs and kisses can stop your heart. So Dh and I are missing him terrible. Dh doesnt even like to talk abt it-Hes missing climbs up on his knee and hugs. We love you Billy and hope you are having a great time:) We talked with him tday before dh had to go to work and Monkey is just lovin it there-LOLOL, getting spoiled rotten Im sure. But he is behaving himself and is making them proud-Way to Go Billy!!!
I have gotten most of the school supplies-except for clothes. I think all the kids are getting really excited-Stinger was too-he liked looking at all the new school things. So that was nice to hear him say he is excited:) WHOOT!!
I went through all the school stuff and things from K12 to send back-kinda getting sad as I was going through everything as I wont be doing any of it anymore...:( But it will be good for Stinger-Ive just got to keep telling myself that...sigh...Ive also been getting tunz of job applications and filling them out-Ill go and hand some in tomorrow....which is really weird. Its been soooo long since Ive filled out an application-good thing dh and I both wrote up references along time ago-as I cant remember anything that far back-ha!LOLOLOL So thats what Ive been doing..
as well as looking after the pups-which is getting to be a real chore-LOLOL-just like a child who is starting to walk-gotta always keep your eyes on them-always getting onto things and running ard the house...LOLOL I do have soem help though-Puddin is doing a really good job of disciplining them-LOLOL, shes constantly getting onto cookie(the white patch one)Cookie has a real hard time submitting to her and she growled at Puddin tnight-and boy-did Puddin let her have it-LOLOL Shes very stubborn, never listens and always is testing Momma and me...sigh..yigh...shes a handful...LOLOL-a high needs Cookie-LOLOLOL But they make me laugh and give some sweet kisses-so its all good:)
Our kitties are growing up-Best cats we have ever had-and Dh even likes them-which is unbelieveable..LOLOL B-who is outside plays and pounces on the puppies-I think he thinks he is one....LOLOL, and Honey-who is inside is constantly stealing the dogs balls-so they are fun to have around still..LOLOL
Flamingo is getting VERY excited for school to start-she is sure growing up-and Im not liking it...LOLOLOL, shes started the primping thing and making sure she looks just right and accessorizing...LOLOL, its hilarious watching her....makes me laugh inside....so cute!But shes been loving on her kitties and playing with the neighboor kids...
Stinger is busy playing outside most days but plays with the other kids too alot more than he used to- hes been fascinated with magnifying glasses lately-trying to melt things...yigh....when its too quiet with him I know hes up to no good-either messing with something he shouldnt be or teasing the kitties...LOLOLOL Hes been doing AWESOME in social group-and has actually been having fun-WHOOT!!!Hes also got a snorkel and when we go swimming I see him hardly ever-he loves it!
Reunion was on Sat-it was sooo nice seeing everyone!!!Had some great food and had alot of fun with family-I LOVE reunions!!!!
School is coming up closer and closer-cant believe how this Summer has flown by....we all have really enjoyed taking it easy though:)and sleeping in-as much as the pups will let me that is....yigh...LOLOL

And Then There Were Two.....

Now 2 are left and we are keeping these little cuties. The white one with a patch we have names Cookie, the brown one like Puddin we have named Brownie:)
Sweet as pie they are-best of the bunch.....we left them out of the pickins tday-as they were our favs:)
Its awful quite ard here-but Im anxious to start training them and incorporating them into our family now:) WHOOT!

Pups-5 weeks
Well things are crazy here with cleaning and feeding, then cleaning and feeding agn...LOLOL-just as soon as Im done feeding-then theres a mess...running ard filling up water, cleaning spilled water, etc...yigh....what a job....LOLOLOL
But they are getting too cute-pouncing ard, howling, all are peeing and pooping on paper now...I just have to keep on top of it so it doesnt get stepped on etc...and bedding kept clean....they are still in whelping box for most of the day still...
I think Ive got a fairly stable routine with them now-I give them a little snack then take them outside for a long play at night-which helps them to sleep a bit later in the morning..theres nothing like waking up to howling hungry pups at 5 in the morning..-ask me how I know this...LOLOL
I soak their food at night-then ration it out the next morning into 3-4 meals add some rice cereal-not so soupy now, but still pretty soft, etc....then its the feeding, laundry every day, changing papers, disinfecting floor, wiping down floor,changing bedding, cleaning up water(6-8 times a day) outside to play and bed all over again...LOLOL-yeah-I dont know how Im going to handle potty training until they leave in a couple weeks...LOLOL its going to be difficult taking them all out after every meal...LOLOL-dont you think....luckily Ive got three wonderful kids wanting to help with every single step in all of this....Im blessed:)and very thankful.....LOLOL:)

I think Ive got a fairly stable routine with them now-I give them a little snack then take them outside for a long play at night-which helps them to sleep a bit later in the morning..theres nothing like waking up to howling hungry pups at 5 in the morning..-ask me how I know this...LOLOL
I soak their food at night-then ration it out the next morning into 3-4 meals add some rice cereal-not so soupy now, but still pretty soft, etc....then its the feeding, laundry every day, changing papers, disinfecting floor, wiping down floor,changing bedding, cleaning up water(6-8 times a day) outside to play and bed all over again...LOLOL-yeah-I dont know how Im going to handle potty training until they leave in a couple weeks...LOLOL its going to be difficult taking them all out after every meal...LOLOL-dont you think....luckily Ive got three wonderful kids wanting to help with every single step in all of this....Im blessed:)and very thankful.....LOLOL:)

Lagoon-Fun!!!
Well I am way behind on this thing....Ive been up to my knees in you know what...since Momma has decided shes abt done nursing and is not cleaning up anymore...yeah...LOLOL
We loaded the troops and headed to lagoon on Tuesday. We had SOOO much fun. Box Elder Homeschool had reserved a pavilion for us and we brought a bunch of snacks and lunch-which saved us tunz of $$:)
All the kids could ride everything-so we tried out most stuff, unless it looked crazy scary for Dh and I, we went on it...:) Soo fun...Flamingo and Monkey Boy were just thrilled. Stinger wasnt so thrilled with the dips on the coasters...LOLOL, but at the end of the day he opened his eyes on the last coaster and was disappointed he hadnt done it all along...LOLOL-He was too funny. Monkey Boys and dh fav ride was the caulosel-the coaster with the loops. Flamingos favorite and mine was the Spider-really cool the coaster seats spun ard:)Stingers favorite was the air planes you got to fly in and steer:)
The pirate ship abt made Monkey Boy sick....but that was the only ride he didnt like...LOLOL-I remember as a child crying and crying on that ride-and no tears on Tuesday from anyone. We've got some brave kiddoes-eh? LOLOLOL
It was a perfect weather day-really warm, but sprinkled a little-which felt really nice:)
We statyed for abt 8 hours-and left with three bags of cotton candy for the kids. Dh and I were totally pooped that night. LOLOLOL-kids passed out on the ride home eating their cotton candy...LOLOL:)But we totally got our moneys worth this time and really enjoyed the day:)
We got wet on some rides-which was totally fun, scared on others-which was again totally fun:) Great Day-Great Time!!
Wed we had a Girl Scout party at the Brigham Pool-it was neat-we usually go every Wed, but this party was at night 8:30-10:00-so it was different for the kids and fun-I didnt especially like it at night as I couldnt see the kids as clear-and snorkel boy( Stinger) was under the water all night and freaking me out-LOLOL. Dh was a snorkel boy too-soo funny-eh? Ive seen pictures of him as a kid with his snorkel and when I see Stinger with his I totally grin inside:)
Plans left for this Summer are-Tremonton Days with fireworks, Fair, Parade, Reunion, Monkey Boy visit with Papa and Nana, and chicken picnic, Truck pull thingee, and I think thats it...LOLOLOL-today we are all just taking it easy-those are fun nice days too;)LOLOLOL yigh...:)

4 Weeks Old.....
Momma says we need to start doing more by ourselves now that we are getting bigger and have needle teeth....
So yesterday she let us have some yummy soup(mashed meat and rice cereal)She says we wont need to nurse so much now....but we still like Mommas milk best!! We get this soup 3 times a day and Momma comes in and helps clean us up a bit after.
She said tom we might be going outside....New things are kinda scary ..but we love the soup and Im sure we will love outside as well...Its tuff not having Momma ard so much though...lucky we have so many litter mates to play with:)

Summer Family Updates and Pup pics
Hope Everyone had a Happy 4th!!!!!!
We had a nice steak cookout of the 4th, with go cart riding-which the kids sooo loved. I went on too with Stinger-thought I was abt to die the whole time...LOLOL
On the 5th we had play dates,slip&slide fun, and then went to Brigham for the annual fire works show. We sat right under them this time-soooo cool!!! Except for the time I thought a great big bug landed in my lap-come to find out it was a piece of the firework material...LOLOL-scared me half to death...The kids thought it was great fun and that I was the lucky one-LOLOL-too funny!!
So that was interesting-but way better seats this year...:)Dh said you needed a gas mask-as all the smoke...LOLOL, but he enjoyed it too-watching as some got reallly close to the ground where people were-youd hear a scream and it was too funny-as they always go out before they hit the ground-but you think its not-ya know...LOLOL
We have decided not to go camping this year...:( We should be leaving this Friday. Bummer-but Puddin isnt staying in her box long enough-so she still needs to be watched to make sure all the pups are draining her milk-or she could get mastitus, yeah Ive seen the pics-way bad thing...ick....so I have to keep an eye on her-as she wants to be with us instead of taking care of the pups like she should be doing...sigh....
Anyway-so we have decided we will take day trips instead. I found a campground that is local and we might be going there...not sure yet....but next Tues we will be going to Lagoon-getting some good ticket prices with our homeschool group. Still way expensive, but we promised the kids so....
Our ticket prices are $28-reg $42-crazy-eh? Lagoon is NOTHING compared to 6 Flags-and I dont even remember 6Flags being that bad....but o well.....Im excited-we havent been in 2 years and all teh kids are tall enough to ride everything-Monkey Boy is THRILLED...Hes our thrill seeker-and I see trouble;)LOLOL in him coming down the road....
Pup update:
I have removed the sectional from the whelping box-made a designated spot for sleeping and potty now. Some are keeping this in mind, others are not...LOLOL-but they are getting better and better...tom I will be starting food for them. One each little marble size raw meatballs Am/Pm. Then end of week switching to rice cereal with mashed meatballs, then watered soggy kibble...etc...slowly cutting down with Puddins food too...ist a tricky process as you dont want to wean to quick as thsi could be bad for Puddin and her body....so taking it slow.
She is still cleaning them up really good-taking care of all poops etc, even licking the newspaper that is soaked with pee...LOLOL.....keeping thinsg really clean-so in that regard she is doing really well. But she is ready to jump out of the box after she has cleaned, and doesnt let the pups nurse for very long-so Ive been gating her in until the pups fall off from being full....She will walk ard in the box and they will just keep sucking and popping off her...LOLOL-its funny, but this is normal as Momma dogs know this is the only way the pups can nurse now as they are getting too big for lay down nursing...Amazing how God has given them this incredible instinct to just KNOW what to do...it still amazes me how he equipped them so naturally....its beautiful to watch-I could sit there and watch them for hours...They are playing more and more, barking, growling, pulling on ears, -its too cute!!
Every day Im grwoing more and more in love-especially with our big boy(brown-blue colar)He loves to be picked up and loved on....beautiful blue eyes. Little yellow(1st born and littlest)is just as spunky now as Tubby(green colar)-barking and making the most noise...and scampering ard....she likes people and especially the camera...LOLOL
