Rep. Miller's very passionate closing remarks today in regards to Federal Bill H.R 4247-The Keeping All Students Safe Act .
This man has fought hard to get our children protection in the school system. When no one else would listen to parents all over the United States Rep. Miller was listening and willing to speak up for children who could not speak up for themselves.
